What is a Garage Reset?
The Garage Reset is our signature service from 865 Garage Clean: we empty your garage in one visit, haul everything away, and sweep the slab so you get usable space back. One flat price of $699 for most standard residential garages.
What does the $699 include?
A standard 1- or 2-car residential garage, a professional removal crew, all lifting and loading, one standard truck/trailer load, normal disposal fees, a basic sweep-out, and anything you want to keep set aside instead of loaded.
How much can you remove for $699?
One standard truck/trailer load from a standard 1- or 2-car residential garage. Your 4 photos let us confirm your garage qualifies before your appointment.
What if I have more than one load?
Most garages fit in one load. If your photos show more than that, we'll tell you upfront what the additional load costs before your appointment — never after.
Do I need to move anything before you arrive?
No. Leave everything where it sits. Just be ready to tell us what stays.
What happens to the items I want to keep?
Point them out and we set them aside — usually stacked neatly in the driveway — so they never go on the truck.
Do you take appliances?
Yes. Standard household appliances like washers, dryers, fridges and mowers are part of a normal Garage Reset. Extremely heavy equipment may need specialty handling.
Do you take paint or chemicals?
Hazardous chemicals, fuels and certain paints require specialty disposal, so they aren't part of the standard $699 Reset. Include them in your photos and we'll tell you the options before your date.
How long does a Garage Reset take?
Most Resets are finished in a single visit, typically a few hours depending on how packed the garage is.
Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of customers leave a door code or unlock the side door. We text you photos when the garage is empty.
