Scope of service
The $699 flat rate applies to one standard residential garage clean out (up to a typical two-car garage) completed in a single scheduled visit. Photos submitted during booking are used to confirm scope. If actual conditions differ materially from the submitted photos, we may provide a revised quote before work begins or cancel and refund the booking.
Excluded items
We do not remove hazardous or regulated materials, including paint, solvents, chemicals, fuel, propane, batteries, tires, refrigerants, asbestos, biohazards, ammunition, or contaminated materials. We also do not remove vehicles, structural fixtures, or items requiring licensed abatement. Items you mark as keep will be set aside and not removed.
Ownership and disposal authorization
By booking, you confirm you own the items being removed or are authorized to dispose of them. All removed items are considered abandoned and may be donated, recycled, or discarded at our discretion. Removal is final — we cannot retrieve items after disposal, so please check for valuables and documents before your appointment.
Property access and liability
You are responsible for providing lawful access to the garage. We carry general liability coverage and work carefully, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, ordinary wear from moving large items, hidden defects, or damage to items stored in a manner that makes safe removal impossible. Report any concern within 48 hours of service.
Payment, rescheduling and cancellation
Payment of the flat rate is collected online at booking through our third-party payment processor; we never store your card details. You may reschedule or cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled date. Cancellations inside 48 hours, or crews turned away on arrival, may be subject to a trip fee.
Service area
Service is limited to Knoxville and the surrounding 865 area code region of East Tennessee. Bookings outside this area may be declined and refunded.
